For Craig Via, it's only fitting that his surname means
"Way" because this Richmond father, devoted community leader and
businessman has always been one to 'lead the way.' And the results, well, they
speak for themselves.
From an early age, Craig has demonstrated the ability to lead. He became an
Eagle Scout, like his father before him, at the age of 15. During his senior
year in high school he was elected class president, Key Club president and
played the lead in the senior class musical.
Today, Craig reflects back on these experiences with a
little chuckle. What once seemed large accomplishments are now milestones on
his journey - but more importantly, they're indicators of his dedicated
personality.
"Everything I've achieved has been through hard work
and perseverance," Craig says. "I've always been very
results-oriented and I've never lost focus of my goals."
As you can see, Craig is the type of person whose
accomplishments have always landed him at the head of the pack and ahead of the
curve. His professional endeavors are no different.
After graduating from the University of Richmond, where he
was Chairman of the Honor Council and Phi Beta Kappa, Craig entered the field
of real estate sales, only to open his own office, Craig Via Realtors, by the
age of 26. His clients quickly took to his approach - a mix of driven
determination with the compassion and care evident from afar - and the rest, as
they say, is history.
Consistently named as one of the Top 10 Richmond Realtors
for his sales production, Craig is also in the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide.
During his early career in Texas, Craig served on the Board of Directors for
both the Greater Dallas Board of Realtors and the Texas Association of
Realtors. Locally, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Midlothian
Rotary Club, as well as the University of Richmond Alumni Association.
As one of Richmond's leading real estate professionals,
Craig takes great pride in serving the residents and newcomers of this
magnificent family-friendly environment. Craig understands the importance of a
family's home, and that understanding is what's made him such a valued resource
in Richmond real estate.
