PROCEDURE
We will facilitate:
- Negotiation and preparation of sales contract
- Execution/notarization of necessary documents
- Arrangements for certain inspections
- Follow-up with information on the status of your transaction
FEEDBACK
Keeping you informed is one of the most important things we will be doing. We will follow-up with you a minimum of one time per week in order to give you feedback, make recommendations, and to let you know exactly what is going on regarding the sale or purchase of your property.
